You may return most new, unworn, and unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, and with tags attached).
  • The item must be returned with the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as “final sale.”
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Worn, damaged, or used items.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@experienceds.wiki or call 904-236-6741. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN. Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
